We are currently investigating a service disruption affecting access to the Reporting Portal and Investor Portal. Users may receive a “Service Unavailable” error when attempting to access these applications.
The impact is currently limited to clients in the EU region; US clients are not affected.
Our Engineering team is actively working to restore service as a priority. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.
